About AccentureAccenture is a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. Combining unparalleled experience, comprehensive capabilities across all industries and business functions, and extensive research on the world’s most successful companies, Accenture collaborates with clients to help them become high-performance businesses and governments. With more than 180,000 people in 49 countries, the company generated net revenues of US$19.70 billion for the last fiscal year (ending August 31 2007).
Our "high performance business" strategy builds on our expertise in consulting, technology and outsourcing to help clients perform at the highest levels so they can create sustainable value for their customers and shareholders. Using our industry knowledge, service-offering expertise and technology capabilities, we identify new business and technology trends and develop solutions to help clients around the world enter new markets, increase revenues in existing markets, improve operational performance and deliver their products and services more effectively and efficiently.
We have extensive relationships with the world's leading companies and governments and work with organisations of all sizes – including 94 of the Fortune Global 100 and more than two-thirds of the Fortune Global 500. Our commitment to client satisfaction strengthens and extends our relationships. For example, all of our top 100 clients in fiscal year 2007, based on revenue, have been clients for at least five years, and 85 have been clients for at least 10 years.
At Accenture, we believe our commitment to building, maintaining and expanding an inclusive culture is central to our ongoing success. Our approach to inclusion and diversity stems from a two-fold desire: to live and work in one world, free from the constraints of geographical barriers or cultural perceptions, and to seek innovative practices that bring additional flexibility to the workplace. We strive to create a working environment that is founded on a positive approach to relationships with others and where individual differences are honoured and valued. We have confidence in the varied skills and talents of our people and we know how these qualities can transform companies and enable them to achieve high performance. We believe that Accenture offers great opportunities for graduates, partly because of the work we do, and partly because learning and personal development are so high on our agenda. Perhaps this is why we have been consistently voted one of the leading graduate employers in “The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers”.
