Many thanks to everyone who came along to the Bonus and Staff Incentivisation breakfast briefing held in association with Kingsley Napley on Tuesday 2nd June 2009.
The morning started with the opportunity to network over breakfast with fellow HR and recruitment professionals, and the Kingsley Napley employment team.
Maggie Berry opened proceedings with a brief introduction and update on womenintechnology.co.uk.
Jennifer Bartlett and Gareth Kervin then took to the floor to present 'Bonus and Staff Incentivisation', discussing the controversial topic of Sir Fred Goodwin's pension payout, and the bank bonuses which have been widely derided in the press. They discussed contractual obligations around bonuses and the threatened legislative changes in this area.
