you to everyone who came along to the 'Compromise Agreements'' breakfast
briefing that we co-hosted with Kingsley Napley on Wednesday 21st October 2009.
The morning started with an opportunity for everyone to network over tea
and coffee and breakfast.Then Richard Fox and Andreas White, solicitors in the Employment Law team at
Kingsley Napley, took to the floor to present the morning's briefing.
Richard and Andreas discussed why we need Compromise Agreements, what makes them valid and when are the appropriate situations to them. They used real life examples to explain how employers can be released from Compromise Agreements, and how they can be affected by exlusions and taxation.
