Employment Breakfast Briefings with womenintechnology.co.uk and Kingsley Napley
Thanks to everyone who came along to our last breakfast briefing of 2009 on Wednesday 9th December.
Richard Fox, Head of the Employment team at Kingsley Napley LLP, and solicitor Martin Pratt provided a background to the new ACAS Statutory Code of Practice on disciplinary and grievance which has replaced the statutory dispute resolution procedures. Richard & Martin discussed how HR professionals should utilise the new code of practice to deal with disciplinaries and grievances in the work place and answered questions from the audience drawing on particular IT examples and cases.
