Breakfast Briefing: Discrimination Cases
Friday 10th February 2012
Breakfast Briefing: Discrimination Cases
womenintechnology Breakfast Briefings in association with Kingsley Napley
Thanks to everyone who came along to the Discrimination Cases Breakfast Briefing on Tuesday 14th September, particularly given the short notice as the event was postponed from 7th September due to the tube strikes.
Discrimination cases are an employer's nightmare. This seminar looked at common issues experienced by employers involved in discrimination cases and how to deal with them. Adrian Crawford and Martin Pratt suggested practical steps to avoid claims arising in the first place; dealing with discrimination claims including preparatory steps, grievances and "informal" complaints and how to deal with tribunal litigation and its consequences.
