The impact of "fit-notes"
Staying in touch with absent employees
Obtaining and using medical evidence
Dismissing fairly, including complying with the NICE guidelines
Common pitfalls in managing the procedure
Disability discrimination and the duty to make reasonable adjustments
Dealing with employees in receipt of sick pay or permanent health insurance
