Jennifer Bartlett and Martin Pratt, Solicitors in the Employment Law team at Kingsley Napley discussed the changes in Employment Law during 2009 updates attendees on the most important developments, and explained the major changes expected in 2010, highlighting key areas of employment law of which HR professionals should be aware.
