Breakfast Briefing: Tier Two Changes
Tier 2 Changes
Thanks to everyone that came along to the breakfast briefing which we held at the Kingsley Napley offices on
Wednesday 31st March.
Nicholas Rollason, Parner at Kingsley Napley, and Jonathan Kingham and Firuza Ahmed, Solicitors in the Employment Law team at Kingsley Napley, discussed the changes announced by the UK Border Agency (UKBA) on 8th March. The announcement involved significant changes to Tier 1 and Tier 2 of the Points Based System that will change the way in which companies plan and execute their recruitment strategies.
