Thanks to everyone who braved the unseasonable cold to come along to the TUPE breakfast briefing on
Tuesday 11th May 2010.
Jennifer Bartlett and Martin Pratt, Solicitors in the Employment Law team at Kingsley Napley discussed the issues surrounding TUPE, and pointed out how careful planning and awareness of the pitfalls can avoid problems arising. They explained to the audience when TUPE applies and what it means for the HR team and company.
