This experiential workshop is all about how you can fulfil your potential and get the most out of your career and life. The aim of the day is to help you to stop comparing yourself with others. Instead the focus should be on getting you on track with your personal and professional goals. Identify how you may be sabotaging your own success by habits and self-limiting beliefs. Leave with a plan of action and your route map to achieving your goals.
During the workshop the following topics will be covered:
- Where are you now?
- Where would you like to be?
- What could be holding you back?
- Making the shift from business as usual to personal fulfilment
- Key skills common to successful people
- Agreeing a plan of action
This course will be facilitated by Salma Shah:
Salma’s career commenced within the IT industry where her roles were predominately customer facing including sales, pre- sales support and management. She has worked for organisations such as Oracle, PeopleSoft and Systems Union dealing with IT customers, both from a commercial and technical perspective. She now runs a training and consultancy practise and her training methodology is based on personal knowledge and 15+ years experience of the IT industry. Salma is also a business psychologist with NLP certification and an accredited coach. Other areas of specialism include the building of high performance teams, executive coaching and mentoring, career development/planning and leadership training.
