This workshop will teach you the tips and techniques you need to communicate with confidence.

Objectives of the workshop
Participants will:

• Gain an understanding of how boundaries are an integral part of relationships and how they give you the flexibility to let positive people into our lives and to keep toxic people out.
• Understand how to improve your circle of confidence.
• Take away skills which encourage strong boundary development and increase self-confidence. Leading to enlarged boundaries that reflect a new way of seeing yourself
