Useful resources for diversity and equal opportunities at work

Diversity at work is about ensuring that the full potential of the people is used correctly without exceptions that are race, age, gender or disability related. Companies have to ensure that selection in people capital is based only on their skills so that they can achieve their goals and progress in the field they operate.

Women in Technology has developed relations with a wide network of businesses and organisations involved in equality and diversity issues.
