Diversity Matters - Gender
The Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (
http://www.agcas.org.uk/
) has written a report focussing on the importance of Gender Diversity. The report advises on what you can do to find positive employers, how to market yourself, and what your rights are, including details on the Equal Pay Act, Sex Discrimination Act and Employment Rights Act.
It also includes some top tips and case studies of three people challenging gender stereotypes in their careers.
