JOB SHARING:exploring the feasibility

Following the launch of the Job Share Study - an investigation into the feasibility of job sharing in senior roles - Capability Jane are delighted to launch the first of a series of events to help individuals evaluate the feasibility of job sharing as a way to work part-time and continue their career in a big role.

  • Do you want to work part-time but don't want to step off the career ladder? 
  • Would you ideally like to work in a big job but only 3 days a week?
  • Have you tried working reduced hours but find it impossible to make it work?
  • Have you thought about job sharing but don't see how it could work in your role or your business?
