If you answered yes to one or more of these questions then this course is for you. 
We all have talent, but are you making the most of your talent and is it getting noticed?  We will take you through a seven step X-factor process that will help you to develop your potential.  For each step we will provide you with tools, references and exercises to help embed your learning and provide an interactive environment in which to explore, discuss and create your career management strategy and tactics to give you the X-factor.
