A leading investment bank is looking to hire 4 highly skilled Java serverside developers preferably with experience of developing C# UIs. You will be working on a greenfield 3 year project to rewrite an existing equity trading platform using the latest technologies.
Ideal candidates will have the following skill set:
- Strong academics from a leading university with excellent problem solving skills
- Strong core Java experience
- Multithreaded development experience preferably on a high volume, high transactional, real time system.
- Some knowledge of databases
Any experience of C# client side development would be beneficial though it is not a pre-requisite. Financial systems experience, whether gained through a consultancy, software house or blue chip company is a huge plus, although candidates with relevant experience from outside the finance industry will be considered.
