Application Development Manager - IT Risk Planning and Assessment

We are looking for an IT Risk Planning and Assessment Application Development Manager to join our team.

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
IT Risk, in close partnership with all parts of the firm, enables business solutions while protecting the bank through identification and mitigation of IT risks, creating a balanced control environment.
IT RISK in EMEA provides a number of services for its clients. The department is acting as risk partner for each division and comprises of approximately 30 people

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing team performance and development
Manage the Planning and Assessment Book Of Work
Relationship management for the IT Management team in EMEA
Ensuring quality and consistency of IT Risk deliverables to the client
Management of the IT Risk Register
Regular reporting of IT Risks to the relevant bodies and individuals
Provide subject matter expertise to strategic IT Risk and IT projects
Manage compliance with IT Risk Policies and Standards
Provide advice and consultancy to IT on IT risk related issues

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 
  • At least one of the following qualification: CISSP,ISO27002 Lead Auditor, CISA, CISM 
  • Experience as a manager of an IT security, IT risk or IT audit departments in the financial services industry 
  • Experience in the large multinational organisation 
  • Experience with a senior IT applications or infrastructure international project, program or functional managers, or as a control officer 
  • Significant experience in one or more financial industry control and governance disciplines 
  • Experience with IT Risk/Security/Control Industry standards (e.g. ISO 17799, CobiT, COSO, CMMI, ITIL) 
  • Good written and oral communication essential 
  • Detail Oriented and Highly organized
