Global Client and Product Information provides sales and performance management technology capabilities for Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking and manages client and product reference data for all businesses in GBMWM TandO. Specifically, candidate will be part of the EMEA Sales Tool Delivery team supporting Investment Banking EMEA applications
Responsibilities
Project management, Business Analysis and Change Management responsibilities for EMEA owned IBK Applications with focus on two high profile critical systems. Role involves liaising with Business partners globally and onshore and offshore development teams so candidate will require excellent communication skills
Requirements
Excellent client facing communication skills. Proven experience of requirements gathering and development project management and business analysis – preferably in an Investment Banking environment.
Good data analysis skills required and knowledge of Oracle SQL to enable data mining/verification would be an advantage.
Experience in Change Management process and procedures in an environment similar to the bank.
