Audio Producer

Summary;
The PS&L team in Dublin is looking for an Audio Producer who has the ability to work as part of a high performing team consisting of multi-disciplinary audio producers focused on audio localization, development, sound design, voice recording and field recording. The position requires an experienced audio engineer/producer with an emphasis on innovation, collaboration and execution excellence.

The ideal candidate will excel at audio production, sound management, planning, customer/partner engagement, product execution and delivery.

Responsibilities
Holds themselves accountable on commitments to exceed project goals. Supports other team members through project cycle to deliver on objectives.
Ensures he/she delivers on their Audio project portfolio on time, hits/exceeds our quality standards and return on investment.
Continuous use of new technology and systems delivering innovative solutions which improves our processes, product quality, solutions to our customers and ROI.
Accountable for working closely with the other functions and team members in PS&L such as Test, IPE, and Development ensuring audio resources are used effectively and team is aligned to project goals.
Has a clear understanding of his/her commitment and connection to our business groups, in particular MGS and our customers.
Has a full understanding of MGS Audio development processes and the differences which may exist across the various Studios.
Works closely with Studios and the Audio Manager to investigate and drive Audio Development activities and processes within the Localization Centres as appropriate.
Appropriately aligns with our PS&L teams in Tokyo and Redmond to achieve project results, ensuring that deliverables are compatible and fit for market across all regions.
Accountable for contributing to audio budget management for their projects with emphasis on financial efficacy.
Subject Matter Expert for all Audio Production and Localization issues across different geographical regions.
Inputs into and supports PS&L Vendor Strategy.

Essential Requirements
Proven track record in Localization Audio Production working within multi-disciplinary audio teams preferably within the games environment
Qualifications should include 5+ years experience in audio production for consumer entertainment products (Games, TV, Film)
Demonstrated experience engaging with actor agencies/representatives, recording studios and post-production facilities
Passion for technology and the use of technology for process improvement
Excellent knowledge of audio and video production and post production methods and tools
Excellent communication skills are a must, both written and verbal
Enthusiastic team player who positively contributes to the teams goals and success
Innovative thinking from a business and people perspective

Desirable Requirements

Computer Science/Information Technology or Audio Production degree or equivalent technical qualifications
