Business Support Analyst, Global Market Risk Technology (GRITT) (VP)

Summary of Business Area
GMRT provides support to Global Risk Management’s goals of innovation, transformation and productivity through delivery of global technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Work with risk managers and quantitative analysts to identify and document business requirements
  • Assist with early-stage scoping of initiative projects, developing detailed specifications for those projects
  • Provide innovative tactical solutions, when necessary, to meet regional requirements
  • Coordinate regional deployments and testing
  • Provide application training to business and technology partners

Skill Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Capital Markets business knowledge
  • Good Market Risk Experience
  • Excellent Business Analysis skills
  • Ability to facilitate Voice of the Customer sessions and produce clear and crisp documentation
  • RDBMS, SQL, data analysis / mining familiarity
  • Strong development experience - in at least two of: MS .NET, VBA, Java, scripting (Perl / VBScript / shell scripts...)
  • Familiarity with both MS & Unix platforms at command-shell level
  • Experience with Enterprise-level Reporting platforms
