Consultant - Lean Six Sigma

This role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. They use in-depth consulting skills and business knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyse their clients business issues, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.

The successful candidate will work on the client's premises in joint teams to achieve specific deliverables for the project. They will coach the clients to a higher level of capability.

Key capabilities:
  • Accredited Lean-Sigma practitioner (Lean Sensei, MBB or equivalent)
  • Likely to be degree educated (or equivalent), or have proven work experience
  • Use of Lean and Six Sigma to improve processes and coach others
  • Experience of working in a Service industry e.g. financial services
  • Consulting as an internal or external agent
  • Project management
  • Managerial level experience of business practices: commercial, operational, financial and people.
  • Involvement in a broader Lean or Six Sigma deployment across 2+ organisational functions

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • English: Fluent
