Customer Services Manager - IT Software Provider - Brentford - Perm - £30k


I am looking for a customer service manager on behalf of one of my clients. They are an IT provider specialising in the distribution, implementation and support of business software and supply chain applications. i am looking for someone who comes from a technical background and is extremely IT literate. You will currently be in a supervisor role at the moment.


It is important that you have experience in managing a busy support desk, allocating support calls and handling customer communication and escalation.
