Key features of the role
Our Development Control Services group provide the rigorous and automated tools and processes required to support large development programmes, aiding efficient and effective delivery. Typical activities include defining the components that constitute a development or test environment in a complex architecture, defining and implementing the Software Configuration Management process and ensuring that development, build and deployment processes are robust. Candidates may have experience of Windows or Unix environments for either bespoke or packaged development.

Qualifications
What we're looking for
We are looking for people who can work through the lifecycle of a Project or Programme, from requirements definition through to implementation. Dependent on experience we are looking to recruit at all levels, from consultant through to programme manager. You will need:
• Degree qualified (or international equivalent) and/or experience within a relevant consulting organisation or industry.
• Experience in working in a technical infrastructure or configuration management capacity in support of the software delivery life-cycle.
• Technical architecture skills and relevant technology experience such as infrastructure, version control or build management.
• Strong communication skills (speaking, writing, listening)
• Leadership abilities - transfer vision into results with a collaborative and team-building attitude
• Confident, poised and with an ability to relate to clients at all levels
• Be fully mobile, often working on-site with our clients.
