E-Health Project Manager / Executive

  • Health Solutions
Electronic Health Record (eHR) - providing an electronic collection of all healthcare documents for an individual. Based on BAO and other IBM technologies, it includes easily accessible portals and a healthcare information exchange. Acute Care Electronic Medical Records (eMR) - offering an electronic collection of vital patient documents specific to one or more physicians, clinics, and hospitals. 
  • Significant PM experience with Healthcare organizations, ideally with a combination of provider and payer organizations; 
  • E-Health Project or Program Management experience including management of architecture consulting, solution design and solution delivery experience 
  • Successful delivery of one or more E-Health projects ideally with TCV > $10M USD 
  • Experience and domain expertise in one or more of: drugs, labs, medical imaging, HIE, EMR, ESB 
  • Ability to interact with business & clinical management and influence decision makers; 
  • PMP and ideally, IBM Project Management Certification 
  • Proven track record selling consulting services and starbursting small client opportunities into larger ones by leveraging a large solution portfolio 
  • Ability to diagnose opportunities with clients and propose solutions that meet the clients needs; 
  • Ability to lead teams with minimal supervision; builds consensus; 
  • Experience developing and managing proposals and value propositions 
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills as demonstrated by client deliverables
