We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as an HR Analyst, providing an excellent reporting service to Sky employees and managers. In this role you will develop continued improvement methods to ensure you are always looking to implement efficient solutions with minimum technology footprint.
Your key responsibilities will include:
-Delivering the agreed daily, weekly, monthly reporting and metrics to HR and the Business from our key HR systems
-Delivering regular data integrity and audit metrics
-Reviewing ad-hoc reporting requests, tracking trends and deliver as agreed
-Supporting project activities where applicable e.g. Salary Review & report automation
-Continually reviewing our reporting suite with a view to automate, rationalise and improve where possible
-Understanding Sky People Data and relevant HR processes that impact reporting
-Delivering reporting activities that relate to the strategic direction from the People Plan
-Adhering to Sky's data protection policies, SLA's and guidelines
We would love you to have:
-Previous HR / System Analyst experience
-Knowledge of SQL, Business Objects & TOAD
-Expertise in the use and possibilities of PeopleSoft, Taleo, Success Factors, MS Excel and PowerPoint
-Experience of working in a high-volume Customer Service environment in an efficient and effective manner
-Evidence of signing up/contributing to departmental objectives that are broader than those of the individual team
-An understanding of HR channels, tiers of service and case management
-Experience of working in a busy team environment in an energising and inspiring manner
-Ability to provide suitable solutions, based on information available
-Excellent customer relationship and communication skills
-Influencing skills with the ability to apply a variety of influencing styles
Location: You will be based in Livingston,West Lothian.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, 37.5 hours per week.
