IT Support Analyst

The main duties for this role are to provide a prompt and effective resolution of all incidents and to ensure calls are closed to the satisfaction of users, escalating calls where necessary.

The successful candidate will possess previous 1st or 2nd line support experience and must have basic hands on skills in Windows 2000/XP, MS Office 2003, Printers, Anti Virus, Laptop and PC set ups and builds, software installations, general IT support, etc.

The role will primarily be supporting users but will include other project work and daily admin tasks. The candidate must be an excellent team player with excellent communication skills.
