Reviews & challenges AT&T and other 3rd party offerings with respect to technical solution design, compliances and adherence to standards (GSAR) as well as competitiveness of offered prices as far as it can be challenged and influenced on local / regional level
Is part of the Quality assurance and delivery approval process
Handles RFS and bid activities, check approach of deals are based on Blue Sky Go-To-Market strategy and handle the E2E Solution review on behalf of TDA
Providing cost calculation for Standard offerings like HSoD including AT&T offerings
