To Drive new connections and additional service sales to Vodafone over the web, maximising the Online site as a lead generation tool for Vodafone and working with external partners to optimise the efficiency and returns.
Essence of Role
- Deliver budgeted Sales via Online.
- Grow Online affiliate and affinity partners value.
- Optimise the web as a lead generation tool to a minimum of 11k leads per month.
- Deliver efficiencies on CPO and CPR (cost per order and cost per response).
- Drive Self serve via the WEB.
Role Dimension Financial (limits/mandates etc.):
- Deliver DB
- Cost efficiencies for customer self serve
- Reduce lead gen costs
Non-financial (customers/staff etc):
- To work with multiple stakeholder both within and external to Vodafone UK.
- Own the Affiliate Plan and deliver against it through third parties.
Typical Outputs
- Delivery of KPI’s and DB
- Delivery of Affiliate plan
- Deliver Online billing savings
- Improve CPR and CPR
Technical/Professional Expertise
- Extensive experience in an Online Role, preferably (but not essential) in a telecoms industry.
- Can demonstrate experience in delivering stepped and significant improvements.
- Proven track record as a successful Online sales manager.
- Preferred track record of success within the role you are managing.
- Good people management skills – being able to pull together and motivate a set of stakeholders.
- Capable of working in a matrix organisation and able to build strong relationship and creditability with customers both internally and externally.
