Peformance Analyst

The Dublin Software Lab is looking for a Software Performance Analyst who can work throughout a product life cycle.

The successful candidates needs to possess the follow skills/ capabilities:
> be able to work with product planners and owners to establish measureable performance goals which meet market requirements.
> design and implement workloads reflecting actual customer usage patterns, then request measurements and do analysis to verify that the product's performance goals are met.
> work closely with development on design and implementation enhancements and make tuning recommendations to improve software performance.
> develop and provide capacity planning and investigation guidance and tools to Sales and Support.

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years experience in Experience with Websphere
  • At least 3 years experience in Troubleshooting Performance bottlenecks in J2EE applications
  • At least 3 years experience in Experience administering and configuring DB2, WAS, IHS
  • At least 3 years experience in Experience with Performance Testing Tools (LoadRunner, RPT, JProf, Arcflow, Page Detailer)
  • At least 3 years experience in J2EE applications and Web Services (XML, SOAP)
  • English: Fluent


Preferred

  • Master's Degree in Information Technology
