Peformance Analyst - Sametime

Employees in this role work throughput a product life cycle. They work with product planners and owners to establish measureable performance goals which meet market requirements. They design and implement workloads reflecting actual customer usage patterns, then request measurements and do analysis to verify that the product's performance goals are met. They work closely with development on design and implementation enhancements and make tuning recommendations to improve software performance. In addition, they develop and provide capacity planning and investigation guidance and tools to Sales and Support.

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years experience in Experience with Websphere
  • At least 3 years experience in Troubleshooting Performance bottlenecks in J2EE applications
  • At least 3 years experience in Experience administering and configuring DB2, WAS, IHS
  • At least 3 years experience in Experience with Performance Testing Tools (LoadRunner, RPT, JProf, Arcflow, Page Detailer)
  • At least 3 years experience in J2EE applications and Web Services (XML, SOAP)
  • At least 2 years experience in Experience providing technical sales with capacity planning data derived from performance measurements
  • At least 3 years experience in Analyzing code profiling data to provide development with code improvements
  • At least 3 years experience in Experience working with product management teams to determine product performance objectives for new products
  • English: Fluent

Preferred
  • Master's Degree in Information Technology
