Job Description
The Planning Lead is accountable for managing the pan-Functions high-level project plans ensuring they are viable and are accurately reflected and recorded in our yearly plan. The scope will extend to the following:
Managing and submitting the IT&SiF yearly plan include providing assurance on the various submissions.
Validation and dependency management of plans across IT&SiF in a number of dimensions including geography, suppliers and capability, Accurate timely reporting of our progress to the yearly plan and identifying challenges and delivery risks, and where necessary work with IT directors to adjust plans
Providing Assurance that our project information is accurately reflected and recorded in Planview.
Provide direct support and subject matter expertise on the use of PlanView to the wider user community in Functions
Build and maintain an IT&SiF consolidated resource plans
Qualifications University Degree
Experience of working in projects, programs and portfolio capacity in large and complex organisations supporting an investment budget of $150m and more.The ability to influence teams to deliver resultsResilient and able to work under pressureOrganised and methodical, able to juggle competing demandsStrong analytical skills, ideally from working in a business/systems analysis rolesExpertise in analytical tools including Microsoft ExcelExperience in developing and implementing standards across IT teams
