Portfolio Management Office Manager

Job Description
The PMO Manager ensures that all programme and projects within the IT&SiF are operating effectively in respect of their project management processes. The PMO manager will assign and manage the Portfolio Analyst resources (direct reports and dotted line reports) across IT&SiF ensuring compliance and quality. The PMO Manager will work with the Portfolio Delivery Manager to develop and run standards and processes across IT&SiF for capturing and communicating performance and delivery risk data.

Qualifications University Degree

Significant portfolio management experience gained within a complex multi-national IT organisation, with a proven track record of delivering improvement to the delivering of projects within a portfolio of $150m / annum spend covering a diverse range of IT service.Strong leadership and management capability, with the ability to influence stakeholders and teams to deliver resultsExcellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills The ability to cope with complexity and ambiguity and be highly motivated and delivery focusedRigour and attention to detail, and the application of standardsAbility to motivate and inspire people to achieve resultsThe role will require previous experience of:Full lifecycle software delivery experience with several full lifecycle delivery roles in IT projectsDelivering cost efficiency programmes Coaching and development of individuals
