ROLE SUMMARY:
This position will primarily be involved in process analysis, process design and process assessments and will be operating in the Process Competence Center. Secondary the role will also be involved in QM process execution and operation to allow for support and temporary substitutions to cope with work peaks and Holiday replacements.
This position is London based. It reports to the Head of TIS Global Process & Quality Management.
The position requires limited traveling i.e. less than 10%.
THE ROLE INVOLVES:
Analysis, design, engineering and deployment of IT Operations and Solution Development processes
- Support of Process Owners in continuous improvement activities of respective process areas
- Conduct interviews and GAP analysis within various process areas
- Strategic alignment of all process solutions with TIS Process and Quality Strategy and Global Quality and Process Management (IT COO)
- Prepare process heat maps and continuous improvement proposals
- Detail design and engineering of various processes
- Preparation of process training material
- Process deployment and training of process community
- Lead and conduct design meetings and / or workshops with process community
- Conduct process assessments to detect maturity levels and GAPs of process expectations
Process and Quality Communication Management
- Requirements gathering of communication needs of the organization
- Elaboration of a communication concept to bring Process and Quality Management to an expected level of the organization
- Make sure communication is always to the point, short, crisp and adjusted to the customer and stakeholders
- Process and Quality metrics reporting
Process execution Global TIS PRB
- Due diligence of project artifacts and registration
- Coordination of review disciplines
- Overview technical reviews
- PRB preparation
- Conduct PRB meetings
- Liaise with various PRB organizations across CS IT

- Solution Delivery processes (CMMI)
- Quality Management processes (ISO9000)
- and other process expertise
TO QUALIFY YOU MUST POSSESS:
Required Work Experience:
- Operational support
- Process and Quality Management background, preferably in IT
Required Technical/Business Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong ability to deal successfully with the complexities of a matrix organization
- Good experience in process engineering and design
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of self motivation
- Effective and customer focused communicator
- Strong relationship management and/or people skills
- High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel, as well as Visio, junior skills in SharePoint development desirable but not a must criteria
Desirable Technical/Business Skills and Knowledge:
- Knowledge of relevant professional IT frameworks (CMMI, ITIL, SOX, ISO9000 …).
- Process Engineering for IT and Business processes, possibly Operational Excellence (Six Sigma Background)
