As an industry leading supplier, Onalytica provides analysis tools and services to a broad range of customers. Over the years we’ve helped some of the world’s most respected brands to measure, understand and improve the effectiveness of their marcoms activities. An opportunity has now arisen for a Programme Manager to join our team.
For this key role we are looking for a talented programme management professional to take our flagship analysis tool, InfluenceMonitor, to the next level.
As the Programme Manager you will handle expansive projects, deal with a variety of complex technology, and forge and maintain cross-team and stakeholder relationships in a constantly changing space. You will be working on and with ground breaking technology within a rapidly expanding industry, which means good technical skills and an excellent commercial aptitude are vital.
This is not a hands-on coding role but applicants will be managing the development lifecycle and acting as the interface between the business and the development team so solid technical experience is a 'must have'.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the intermediary between the business and the software development team
- Driving the development of the flagship analysis product
- Working with senior program management to develop the service’s roadmap
- Authoring technical specifications - usage cases, customer scenarios and prioritised requirements
Essential criteria:
- Solid programme management/project management experience
- Software development experience using the full Microsoft stack, including .NET, ASP.NET and SQL Server
- Experience of working in a fast moving, agile environment
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work with little direction
- Excellent business acumen
Desirable skills:Experience with MVC and/or large scale database.
