Technology Infrastructure Services Area is currently looking for a Senior Exchange Support Specialist EMEA to join the team in London.
ROLE SUMMARY:
- SME for Exchange 2003 - support, maintain current Exchange 2003 platform
- Support for EV 7.5 archive, journaling environment
- Support BlackBerry
- Support Messaging sanitation
- Litigation work / restores
- SME for DR of the Messaging platform
- Support deployment and upgrade of all above platforms
- Escalation (2nd line) for regional Messaging issues
- Support for Antigen
THE ROLE INVOLVES:
- Ensure successful DR Tests
- Up to date DR and BCP Documentation
- Deployment (Exchange, EV, BES..etc)
- Contributions to KPI’s
- Meet Service Delivery (OLA/SLA)
- Support an environment with minimal outages
TO QUALIFY YOU MUST POSSESS:
- 3-4 years Exchange 2003 server support experience.
- In depth Windows 2000/2003 server support experience.
- In depth knowledge of Active Directory.
- Thorough understanding of Exchange disaster recovery using clusters and SAN.
- Experience of supporting Blackberry environments.
- Thorough understanding of Enterprise Vault archiving/Journaling.
- Scripting skills
- 4-5 years working in large Exchange production team in a financial environment.
- Mail migration experience.
- Experience of working on large projects.
- Solid production support experience.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Very organised and presentable.
