Business Unit and Department Structure:
Part of the Enterprise Technology and Delivery (ETandD) unit, the Global Vendor Management group is responsible for the management of the relationship with the key vendors.
In coordination with the Operation teams, the products owners from the Engineering teams, the Supply Chain Management group and Finance, the Vendor management team takes ownership of the contracts negotiation for all stakeholders, the day-2 execution of the contracts and the alignment of the vendors to the strategy of the Bank.
Team Specific Structure and Responsibilities:
In EMEA, the team is aligned to the Global Vendor Management organisation. The responsibilities of the team in EMEA are the local execution of the global strategy and the management of the local vendors
Responsibilities
The specific role responsibilities comprise:
Manage and leverage relationship with key local and global vendors.
Work in conjunction with the Global Vendor Management team in the US and the PACRIM Vendor Management team to align process and procedures.
Participate and team with SCM in the negotiation of the contracts.
Identify cost efficiencies and improve financial control of the vendors.
Work in conjunction with the products owners to align vendors to the Bank strategy.
Co-ordination of stakeholders across multiple business lines to ensure the standardisation of vendors and products where possible.
Support the global, local Supplier Management program, Supplier Managers in the lines of business, and vendor management team to ensure all program deliverables are executed on time with the stakeholder and various vendors.
Management of information, ensure all information and data is uploaded to the team share-point sites and global tools.
General internal and vendors meeting co-ordination (routines, agenda, minutes).
Requirements
Essential:

Industry Experience: Comprehensive Relevant Investment Banking IT / Service Provider Experience in Infrastructure e.g. Financial and/or accounting experience preferably in a service company type model.
