Service Support Engineer

Could you be our new Service Support Engineer?

This is an exciting, opportunity within the Service Engineers team to support and assist Members of the House of Commons and House of Lords and Parliamentary staff.

We are looking for someone with proven experience within the Service Desk support environment and with a good technical knowledge of ICT software and hardware. You will need excellent customer service skills, being prepared to go the extra mile and to problem solve using your initiative, whilst remaining calm and efficient. You will need to be able to work both individually and as part of a great team. Those suitable will have an aptitude for and a genuine interest in ICT.

Desirable qualities include MCP qualifications and knowledge of the working of the House of Commons and the House of Lords.
