We are looking for consultants who have skills in design and implementation of products industry and/or functional solutions to optimize a company's business processes, management and relationships.
Candidates should have skills in analyzing, designing, building, testing and deploying industry-specific solutions, including innovating technology solutions to enable industry standards and processes. You will have been a key member of shaping and delivery teams and seen at least two complex SAP Retail implementations through to successful conclusion, including a period of post go-live support.
Qualifications
Functional / Technical Skills:
Coming from a configuration background you will have a proven track record in understanding complex SI solutions in a Retail business and experience of implementing solutions across multiple SAP solution components:
- ECC
- F&R
- PoS DM
- Integration with SAP CRM
• Understanding of fundamental retail processes and operations across multiple business functions:
- Core Merchandising
- Forecasting and Replenishment
- In-store Sales and Services
- Finance and Operations
• Experience in the implementation of PCI, PII and DPA requirements within a retail environment
• Proven ability to plan and estimate complex SAP Retail implementation projects including multi-phased delivery planning
• Passion and tenacity to remain abreast of SAP Retail solution development and industry trends
Soft skills (e.g)
• Ability to shape and challenge solutions and build relationships at IT director level
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills - ability to deliver through distributed offshore and onshore, multi vendor teams
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Delivery focused - proven ability to deliver high quality outcomes to challenging timescales
• Strong Vendor management skills
