Technical Account Manager

Position Description:
  • Provide Premier Support Service to Enterprise Customers & Partners assisting them to implement and support solutions based on Microsoft products and technologies.
  • Serve as the Microsoft technical point of contact throughout the product support lifecycle - advising and consulting Technical contacts within customer’s organization on their use and support of Microsoft technologies.
  • Consistently demonstrate professional, concise and effective communication with customers and internal Microsoft groups.

Base line requirements for the position:
  • University degree in Computer Science or related subject, preferably at Postgraduate level
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
  • At least 5 years of support and consulting experience in enterprise-level organisations, with expertise & troubleshooting skills in Windows 2000 Server, Exchange 2000 Server, IIS, ISA Server.
  • Microsoft Certification will be considered a strong asset
