Now is your opportunity to join a global team in developing local and global functionality that allows us to sell our ERP product globally. This is a unique opportunity for you to display your cross group and cross site management experience and in depth testing process knowledge. Your responsibility will include the quality, performance and security for the local and global features for Dynamics AX. You will also be expected to manage unit test automation and code coverage goals, as well as growing, attracting and mentoring great people.
We are looking for a skilled test manager with
- at least 7 years of development and test experience with the ability to plan, design, develop and test software
- at least 3 years of experience as a people manager
- a passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes and software
- demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, follow and define development standards, and to work independently
- preferably a sound functional ERP background
- strong analytical skills
- commitment to team work
- clear and effective communication skills
- a good command of written and spoken English
- education or working experience on bachelors/masters level

As an Test Manager in the application domain of the Microsoft Dynamics AX product group you will be responsible for managing multiple global projects. These projects are related to regulatory updates and new releases; so it’s about maintaining and improving already existing features as well as development of new features. Your team will be responsible for assuring the quality of those releases, as well as meeting our quality standards for test automation, all while meeting the planned deliverable dates.
