We currently have an exciting position for a Test Manager to join the CBS Sales & Service team. The Test Manager has ultimate accountability for all deliverables from the team - including conformance to expected standards, meeting committed targets and quality aspects of all deliverables.

The key aspects of the role are:
- Identifies and fulfils demand for testing activities - providing skilled resource to undertake all aspects of test activity
- Creates and maintains and automated testing capability where appropriate
- Works with peers and colleagues across the delivery lifecycle to build in quality from the outset
- Is accountable ensuring quality and sign off of all deliverables being produced by the team
- Actively implements project, team and individual actions plans together with performance measures and reporting systems
- Provides leadership and direction to continually assess and improve the way in which we work
- Represents the Test community across business providing positive contribution in all aspects of the role
For success in this role, we would need you to have the following;
- A proven track record in the delivery of complex programmes
- Demonstrable experience mentoring / developing team members on processes, methods and tools
- Fantastic analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communicational, motivational and influencing skills
- The ability to build and maintain internal/external stakeholder relationships
- An energy and enthusiasm to drive quality, to improve the service that we provide and to challenge current methods.
- Proven ability to manage in a fast paced and dynamic environment
