What we're looking for
We're looking for passionate, talented technologists who have significant experience in taking a leading role in the delivery of web solutions, whether this is as a technical lead (e.g. architect) or team lead (e.g. scrum master).
Example responsibilities (exact responsibilities dependant on role and level)
• Taking a leading role in architecting and developing enterprise level dynamic web applications such as media portals, content management systems, e-commerce sites or banking portals.
• Working directly with client Product Owners or other stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate these into designs and User Stories, ensuring that Product Owners and developers both understand what is to be built.

Front End Web Developer
Essentials:
• Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript libraries such as jQuery etc
• Expert hands-on knowledge of HTML, XHTML,CSS, OO JavaScript, AJAX, XML
• Experience translating comps and wireframes into flexible and usable code templates
• Excellent understanding of cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility issues
Other Desirable Skills:
• Experience with source/version control software such as SVN & Git
• Understanding of server side OO languages such as Java, .NET
• Experience with other server side scripting languages such as PHP
Back End Web Developer
Essentials:
• Excellent understanding of server side web technologies including:
Core Java
Templating technologies such as JSPs, Freemarker & Velocity
MVC frameworks such as Struts, Spring MVC & Stripes
Object/Relational mapping technologies such as Hibernate
• Web services technologies, techniques and transport mechanisms including REST, SOAP, WSDL, XML and JSON
• Experience developing on application servers such as Tomcat, Websphere, Weblogic & JBoss
• Databases & SQL skills using Oracle, MySQL or an equivalent RDMS
Other Desirable Skills:
• Web server configuration such as Apache conf
• Experience with source/version control software such as SVN & Git
Professional skills
• Proven success working in team-orientated environments
• Proven problem solving and analytical abilities
• Desire to work in a information systems environment
