WebEx EMEA (headquartered in Amsterdam) is hiring a Producer.
Job Description
The role of WebEx Producer is to provide a world-class customer experience with every transaction. This position encompasses the end-to-end management of multimedia conferences (video, audio, web, streaming, etc.) from conference reservation to technical support. You will become the primary client contact for all production inquires and will be responsible to field any/all calls or emails through the life cycle of the event. You will arrange for telephony, conduct technical rehearsals, training, act as first line technical support during the live event, and post-event activities. You must be flexible and willing to adjust work schedule to meet the demands of the business. Maintain a professional working relationship with peers, supervisors and clients.
Overall Responsibilities
• Engineer and produce web events
• Provide level 1 technical support and escalate issues both for your client
• Organize and maintain client files and billing invoices
• Contribute to product testing and bug submission
• Train clients on product use
• Report all product and client issues to management
Customer Service Skills
• Experience in a fast paced customer service/call center environment preferred
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills and strong phone presence
• The ability to handle stressful situations and deal with difficult customer situations
• Communication Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent English and German is required, any other European language is a plus
Organizational Skills
• Must possess good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven problem solving skills
Computer/Technical Skills
• Experience with Microsoft Windows based computing, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with Web-based applications
• Previous experience with videoconferencing or other technical environment a benefit
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications:
• 1 – 3 years experience in pre- or post- sales support, or working with customers on a high-touch basis preferred
• Strong customer focus and outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong background in Windows NT, Windows 98/2000, and Mac computers
• Highly organized, manages time well and has ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to liaise with multiple groups/personalities & projects simultaneously, whether individually or as a team, to achieve a goal
• Can perform well under pressure and maintain tight deadlines/quick turnaround times
• Demonstrates initiative, creativity, flexibility, applied through technology and resolution
• Some experience in networking (LAN and/or WAN) preferred
• Possesses Internet technology skills
