The new Xbox Live Europe team is building a product development studio in London focused on creating Xbox Live interactive platform content and social experiences tailored to the local vibrancy of each of the European markets. This Xbox LIVE Europe team is looking for a skilled Program Manager.
Responsibilities include designing and managing the creation of user experiences that will change the way Europe plays on the Xbox 360. You will manage scope, schedules, and integration touch points for a portfolio of projects. You will own the product specification and facilitate the development teams on the execution of product creation.
There are specific projects already underway and this role will have immediate product deliverables. This position will interface with Redmond, regional and specific in-country Microsoft business, marketing, and operations teams. Additionally they will serve as liaisons with other partner development studios both within and outside of Microsoft.

You will help define, shape and deliver future versions of Xbox 360 specifically for Europe.
Position requirements include:
- 1-3 years experience leading software and service projects including the coordination of development teams and the motivation and coaching of others on the team
- Demonstrated ability to work in close partnership and influence Developers, Designers, Testers, and Business Development members on the same team.
- Strong ability to execute and drive for results
- Passion and enthusiasm for console video games, online entertainment and social networking customer experiences
- Proven ability to translate requirements into a great end to end customer experience
- Understanding of software development processes and best practices. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum desirable
- Technical familiarity with Windows architecture, XNA, C++ / C# development tools and UI frameworks is a plus
- Demonstrated passion and creativity when it comes to user experience design
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Ability to drive cross team and cross group activities working across multiple countries, cultures, and languages
- Multilingual in English, French, Spanish, and German also desirable
