Extensive DR and/or application resiliency test experience
A thorough knowledge of recovery planning and testing strategies for Disaster recovery, backup and resilience
Experience of coordination and planning tests across technical teams for both infrastructure and applications
Good Working knowledge of Windows platforms, SQL, Storage and Virtual Machines and Citrix environments
Thorough understanding of IT Service Management
Demonstrated ability in applying repeatable quality assurance process and methods to meet Disaster recovery objectives
Experience with test plan creation and estimation
ISEB Software Testing Foundation level certification is mandatory; Higher qualifications in this area are desirable
Knowledge of Test Methodologies e.g. Agile, Waterfall, V-Model etc; Knowledge and use of Test Management tools such as HP ALM/Quality Centre, Jira & Test Rail
DRII (or equivalent) Business Continuity certification
Experience managing team members in offshore and near shore locations
Strong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skills
Ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix-organisation environment
