Role description


FinancialAdvisory Innovation is seeking a high-performing professional interested injoining our team to support in the delivery of our innovation strategy, whichis at the heart of our 2020 vision.  Therole of the FA Innovation team is to raise the profile of Innovation and embedit into our ‘business as usual’ culture, educate teams on what is possiblegiven rapidly advancing technologies and market, and empower every individualto drive progress in what and how we delivery to our clients.


Wehave an opening that would suit individuals who are passionate aboutidentifying opportunities and driving change.




Thesuccessful candidate would support a number of senior individuals within the innovationteam.  The role would include the following key responsibilities:



  • Monthly reporting on the summary status of projects acrossthe whole portfolio of activity, using and managing confluence
  • Detailed project management support from early design andplanning phases through to development, build and user testing to ensureprojects run to time and budget.  This would include being an activeproject manager in key stakeholder meetings, ensuring objectives are alignedand documented, tracking progress and flagging issues as they arise.
  • Monitoring and maintenance of the innovation inbox,including tracking status of enquiries and ensuring actions and follow ups aredocumented
  • Initial analysis and theming of ideas generated fromInnovation community events
  • Create an FA Innovation intranet page and assist businessunits with set up.
  • Creating communications, where necessary, for business unitsor FA audience
  • Managing quarterly events for the FA community
  • The main point of contact for our community of disruptorsand dreamcatchers
  • Work closely with our dedicated Innovation Business Analysts
  • Support in drafting agendas, minutes and PowerPointpresentations for Executive, central and other leadership meetings.
  • Having a broader perspective of potential issues encounteredwhen managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them; have a clearunderstanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture
