So you’re thinking you’d love to join the world of work but also study for a Degree?  Well, you’re already thinking differently and we love that here at Virgin Money.  We’re seeking the next generation to develop into digital geniuses who want to come and be part of something special.  This is a brilliant opportunity to combine learning with working.

And guess what…? You don’t need to worry about getting into debt as we’ll pay you too! Sounds too good to be true doesn’t it? 

You’ll split your time between working and studying for a Bachelor’s Degree Apprenticeship in Digital Technology Solutions over 4.5 years.  You’ll receive invaluable on-the job experience as you work across a number of Digital, IT & Change projects, learning what it takes to run the bank, the innovation required to change the bank for the better whilst working alongside our super talented technology colleagues.

To be part of this awesome journey we’ll look for you to have:  

  • A minimum of 260 UCAS points (minimum of 104 UCAS points from September 2017 under new UCAS tariff) and grade C GCSE Maths and English or;
  • Completion of a level 3 apprenticeship / professional qualification or;
  • Relevant work experience

To be brilliant for this apprenticeship you’ll have a passion for technology and digital with the desire to carve out your career in financial services.  You’ll have a genuine desire to be part of our mission to become Britain’s best loved bank and help us build a world where Everyone’s Better Off.

As a permanent colleague you’ll receive a starting salary of £16,500 which will increase annually on successful completion of your course work and performance objectives.  To top it all off you’ll be rewarded with our excellent benefits package which includes, 27 days holiday per annum, a pension, health insurance and discounts across the Virgin Group including Virgin Trains, Virgin Media and Virgin Atlantic to name a few.
