Managing Maternity for Women in IT Careers
In this highly interactive workshop, you will be exploring the dual roles of being a mother and a committed IT professional. We will address childcare and working options tailored to individual values and look at how to maintain professional relationships whilst setting appropriate boundaries.
This workshop will give you tangible take-away tools, helping to smooth transition between the maternity announcement, handover to replacement cover and return to work.
Through one-to-one work as well as group discussion you will improve your confidence by aligning your personal and professional values and feel better prepared for what it means to be a successful working mother.

Suzanne Doyle-Morris, Ph.D. utilises a background in women's issues to help female executives grow into more senior roles and improve their performance. She received her Ph.D. from Cambridge University, looking at the experiences of successful women in male-dominated fields. She is an accredited Executive Coach with the International Coach Federation and brings her knowledge of the ways women can and do succeed to the world of coaching. She has lived and worked in the U.S., Australia, the Republic of Ireland and the U.K. which brings an international dimension to her work and is currently writing a book on what it takes to succeed as a woman in male-dominated industries. She has worked with clients at Clifford Chance, Linklaters, Microsoft, O2, UBS, Trinity College Dublin, the University of Cambridge, and womenintechnology as well as individuals who want to take their career to the next level.
