Building Better Business Relationships

Understanding your Motivational Value System helps you appreciate why other people do what they do... this 'enlightenment' has an immediate impact on your professional business relationships. Learn to influence and develop more effective choices of behaviour for the future giving you a more reliable reference to work with.

What you will gain

SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) is a relationship-building tool.
The SDI is:

  • A practical way to make business & personal relationships more productive.
  • An easy way to recognise and manage difficult relationships while turning these into a positive force for change.
  • A memorable way to discover your own relating style and potential challenges in your communication style.
  • A proven way to look beyond other people’s “behaviour” to recognise and understand the motivation behind it.

On completion of the course, you will:

  • Recognise the Motivational Values behind the behaviour of yourself and others
  • Determine if a behaviour is achieving your intended result
  • Use awareness of Motivational Values to communicate and behave in a manner most likely to achieve desired results for yourself and for others
  • Identify behaviours in others that suggest you are in conflict
  • Communicate and behave in a manner that will achieve results satisfactory to both you and the person.
