Take your career to the next level – get networking outside your current company

Here’s the mistake most people make with their careers – they focus too much on internal networking (assuming they are networking at all). You are 70% more likely to find your next job through your external contacts than a recruitment company. Head hunters can’t find you if your reputation is stuck behind your desk. Your next bright idea will receive far better reviews if it is linked to external thought leaders. It is easier to change your personal brand with people outside your company first than internally.
